Vendor Guidelines for the Squamish Motorcycle Festival

This unique festival is designed to promote both street and dirt motorcycling in the Sea to Sky Corridor and promote the Squamish community. The Festival engages the various riding communities to encourage visitors to celebrate the thrill of riding.

  • No sales of any alcohol, drugs, weapons, gang or drug-related paraphernalia/promotional materials is prohibited at our family friendly festival.
  • No sales of any food or beverage products unless previously agreed upon, in writing, with the Vendor Coordinator.
  • Payment is due prior to the Festival. Anyone with payment outstanding on August 12, will no longer be guaranteed their vendor space.
  • No motorized vehicle of any kind can be brought onto the fields, without advanced written permission from the Vendor Coordinator or President. Motorcycles can be pushed onto the fields, but at no time should they be ridden on/off the fields.
  • This is a smoke-free venue, as we are on school grounds (required by the School District). Please make your employees aware and make alternative arrangements.
  • Nothing can damage the lawns or we will have to charge you for damage. This includes staking down tents—please use the blocks that we will provide you.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service at any time.
  • Vendors are responsible for the removal of all garbage, recycling and gear.
  • Children under 12 years old may not be left unattended.
  • First Aid is available at the Information Tent.
